Janet:
Thank you for your inquiry about breast augmentation. The full package price for the breast augmentation includes the operating room fees, surgeons fee, anesthesia, office visits and implants. The only thing not included in the price is your prescriptions for pain pills and antibiotics. The price of the breast augmentation is $4,500 for saline implants and $5,500 for silicone implants.
I normally put breast implants under the muscle to prevent capsular contracture (scar tissue around the implant). Most patients take about 2-3 days off work. By one week, you really shouldn’t have any more pain. You can return to full exercise and activity in 4 weeks.
We use Care Credit for most of our patients who wish to finance their procedure. You can apply online at http://www.carecredit.com
We also offer free consultations in the office to discuss further. There is a lot of very good information about breast augmentation and types of implants at http://www.natrelle.com/. They offer a pre-consultation kit with sample implants to try on, videos about the procedure and $170 of coupons if you schedule surgery. There is also a great special going on now until October 31st for patients having Silicone Gel implants. The implant company is giving away 50 units of Botox ($500 value) or a free Latisse ($120 value). I have a lot of before and after pictures on my website at http://www.DrCastor.com. Please let us know if you would like to make an appointment. Thank you,
I am moving to Lakeland next year. I am interested in having breast augmentation done. I am around a small B right now possibly because I am a little over weight. I would like to go to about a 34 or 36D or DD. I think that getting this procedure done will help me regain my confidence and make me much happier. Can you tell me what type of cost I am looking at. I have seen the before and after of some of your patients and I think your work looks amazing.

Thanks for your inquiry about a breast reduction and Tummy tuck vs. Lipo. Unfortunately, I don’t accept any insurance for breast reduction. My breast reduction patients usually pay around $6000 for the entire package price including surgeon’s fee, anesthesia and operating room. You can do a breast red and tummy tuck together if you are healthy and non-smoking. I would suggest you call United to see if they can give you a referral to a Plastic Surgeon who is contracted with United. If you decided against going the insurance route or don’t get approved, I would be happy to see you for a free consult. Thanks!
Hello Dr. Castor,
I am inquiring about a breast reduction & tummy tuck verses liposuction. I have had very large breasts since 16 years old (wt 100) 34DDD to (wt 150) 38E after children. We will not be having anymore children. Do you accept insurance (United) for possible breast reduction? If so, do you do them together?
Thank You for your time.
Sincerely Michelle

I do a lot of mommy makeovers, usually 1 or 2 a week. This is usually a tummy tuck with tightening of the muscle along with a breast implants and/or a breast lift. Some patients also add liposuction of the thighs, love handles, back/braline, and arms. The cost of these procedures varies depending on how long the procedures take, i.e. how much liposuction you have done, what type of implants are used, whether you need a breast lift or not. Doing the procedures together helps to save you some money because we can discount the second and third procedure down to almost half of the original cost. You also only have to take one time off of work to recover, usually about 10 days for a mommy makeover. The cost of a tummy tuck is in the $4500 to $6800 range, adding breast implants increases the cost about $2500 to $3500 and adding liposuction increases the costs from $1000 to $3000. I can’t give you an exact quote until after a free consultation. Please let me know if you wish to make an appointment. I usually see new patients on Mondays and Thursdays. Thanks!
Hello Dr. Castor, Just inquiring about mommy makeover…I had my second child 6 months ago and Im not going to have any more children, Can’t wait for a makeover but I am really concerned about the cost and how long I would have to be out of work. I want a makeover…tummy tuck with tying my muscle, a breast argumentation, liposection on the inside and outside of my thigh and also my love handles. I would also love my belly button to be little and not too deep like I have seen some people have after their surgery, I hope you can answer all my questions. Thank You for your time. Sabrina T
Six months ago I had the Vaser Liposuction in combination with a mini-tuck and scar revision. The results are fantastic! Very natural and not over-done. Dr. Castor, you are true artist. Thank you!
Ginamarie:
Thanks for contacting me about replacing your breast implants. I usually recommend replacing with Silicone implants since they feel and look more natural. Silicone implants also last much longer than saline. However, if you are satisfied with saline, I have no problem with those. Trying to achieve better asymmetry is usually not a problem either. I simply make a little more room in the pocket for the new implant to sit down lower. The full package price to replace with saline implants is $4,500 and silicone implants are $5,500. This price includes everything such as OR fees, anesthesia fees, surgeon fees, implants, etc. I see a lot of out of town patients who will correspond by email or telephone. You can also send me photos to this email. The recovery time is less than the first time, since the pockets for the implants are already there. The pain is usually a lot less. Most patients would take a weekend off. We offer free consultations and financing with Care Credit.
By the way, Margate is about 4 hours from my office. Let me know if you have more questions or would like to set up a consultation.
