Meet the Team Behind Patient Transformation
Staff 1: Nadia Zhylin, APRN, Expert Injector
Nadia Zhylin, APRN, is a highly trained Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and our expert aesthetic injector at Artisan Aesthetics. She earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2015 and brings years of hands-on experience to every patient interaction. Nadia specializes in Botox, Dysport, and a full range of dermal fillers including Juvederm, Restylane, and Radiesse. She's also certified in microneedling, PRP, and chemical peels. Her approach focuses on facial balancing—enhancing natural beauty without changing individual features. She believes true confidence comes from symmetry, harmony, and personalized care. Nadia has helped thousands of patients look and feel their best and continues to refine her techniques through ongoing training. Outside of work, she enjoys quality time with her family and supporting her daughter’s competitive karate journey.
Staff 2: Michele Ridenhour, R.N.
Michele Ridenhour, R.N. is our operating room and recovery room nurse at Artisan Aesthetics. She is originally from Waycross, Georgia. Furthermore, she has over 25 years of nursing experience working mainly in the operating room in hospitals and outpatient surgical centers in Texas, Washington, D.C., Georgia and Florida. Her job is to make sure your procedure goes smoothly and safely. Moreover, Michele will check you in on your procedure day, stay with you during your entire operation, and then make you comfortable and pain-free in the recovery area until you are ready to go home. Michele is a married army wife and has two grown daughters, Madeline and Lauren. In her spare time, she likes to shop, go boating and to the beach.
Staff 3: Donna Hartwiger, LPN, CST
Donna Hartwiger has worked in the medical field as an LPN for over 30 years. She then furthered her education and trained to be a Certified Surgical Technician (CST), graduating in 1995. Donna has worked with Dr. Castor since he began his practice at the Watson Clinic and Lakeland Surgical and Diagnostic Center in 1999. She works as a scrub nurse and surgical assistant, helping Dr. Castor to perform all types of surgeries. Sterility of the procedure, patient comfort and patient safety before, during and after the procedure are Donna’s utmost priorities. When not working with Dr. Castor, Donna enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family and their two dogs.
Staff 4: Jennifer O'Neal, Surgical Coordinator
Jennifer O'Neal is our Surgical Coordinator. She comes to us with 9 years of plastic surgery experience as a surgical coordinator in the Tampa Bay area. Jen is dedicated to making each patient's plastic surgery experience a positive one from beginning to end, and the level of customer service in addition to her dedication to our patients is extraordinary. Her genuine and compassionate nature helps her patients feel at ease and makes her an excellent asset to our team. Jen's main goal is to ensure that every patient has a positive experience as well as an amazing transformation. Jennifer has 4 amazing children and 2 fur babies. In her spare time she likes to read, exercise and spend time with her family and friends.
Staff 5: Roxanni (Roxy) Farinas, Front Office Administrator
Roxanni Farinas is our Front Office Administrator and the first friendly, smiling face that you see when you enter Artisan Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Laser Center. She schedules appointments, greets all incoming patients and performs administrative responsibilities. She also speaks Spanish. Roxanni keeps the office running smoothly while her attention to detail and warm personality will make your experience at the office a personable and comfortable one. Roxy was born in Cuba and came to Tampa at the age of 3. In her spare time, she enjoys spending most of her time with Family and her Son, Miguel Angel, either at the beach, riding dirt bikes or enjoying being a baseball mom. Yo hablo español.
Staff 6. Lisandra (Lisy) Luva, Front Office Assistant
Lisandra Luva is our Front Office Assistant, our newest team member who joined us in 2024 and has 12 years of experience working in doctor’s offices. She schedules appointments, greets all incoming patients and performs administrative responsibilities. Her main focus at Artisan Aesthetics is to assist the office in creating a pleasant experience for all of our patients, from their initial consultation, to surgery, and continues right through their follow up appointments. She also speaks Spanish. Lisy is a Tampa native and has 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with Family and her Goldendoodle Ruffles. Yo hablo español.
Staff 7: Wendy Geiger, Certified Surgical Technician (CST)
Wendy Geiger comes to us with 13 years of experience working as a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) with several different plastic surgeons. She works in the operating room assisting Dr. Castor with surgery, securing and preparing all supplies needed for surgery and sterilizing all instrumentation. Her priorities are ensuring a sterile procedure for our patients and patient safety. Wendy is married with 2 grown children. While not at work, Wendy enjoys boating, horses, working out and spending time with her family.
